Post a Reel or TikTok showing your photos with our preset applied. The more views your video earns, the more we refund. Here is exactly how it works.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
The rules
Timing
Your video must be posted within 30 days of purchase. View counts are measured on the date that you reach out to us — whichever tier you have reached at that moment determines your refund.
How to qualify
Use #hazefilters in your post and clearly show at least one before/after or the preset applied to your photos. The video must be in English or include English captions.
Platforms
Eligible platforms are Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. View counts are taken from the platform's own public counter. Stories and private accounts are not eligible.
Keep it public
The video must remain public and unchanged for at least 30 days after your refund is issued. Deleting or making the video private within that window may reverse the refund.
One refund per order
Each order is eligible for one refund at the highest tier reached. You can submit multiple videos per order — we will use the best-performing one for your tier calculation.
How to submit your video
- 1Post your Reel or TikTok with the required tag and hashtag.
- 2Email us the video link at info@thehaze.io along with your order number.
- 3Once the view threshold is verified, your refund is processed automatically.
Fine print
Views must be organic. Bought views, view-bots, or any artificial inflation will disqualify your submission and may result in a permanent ban from the program.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for videos that misrepresent the product, contain offensive content, or violate the terms of the host platform.
This program is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Purchases made before changes are honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
