Compatibility
Does this work on iPhone?+
Yes. Haze presets work on iPhone via the free Lightroom Mobile app. No paid subscription required.
Does this work on Android?+
Yes — same free Lightroom Mobile app on Android. Install steps are nearly identical to iOS.
Will it work on Lightroom Classic (desktop)?+
Yes. Every download includes an XMP file you can import into Lightroom Classic on Mac or Windows.
Do I need a paid Adobe subscription?+
No. The free version of Lightroom Mobile is enough. We will never ask you to pay Adobe to use a Haze preset.

How do I install it?+
You will receive a ZIP with a DNG and a step-by-step guide. The full visual walkthrough lives at /install-guide. Setup takes about two minutes.
What file formats are included?+
A DNG file for Lightroom Mobile and an XMP file for Lightroom Classic on desktop. Both delivered in the same ZIP.
How do I get my download?+

What if it doesn’t work?+
Full refund within 30 days. Email us with your order number and we will sort it — no questions, no friction.
Can I get a refund after downloading?+
Yes. If the preset doesn’t work for your style or your photos, you have 30 days from purchase to ask for a refund.

Usage & licensing
Can I use these for client work?+
Yes. Personal and commercial use are both included. Edit your own photos and client photos with the same preset.
Can I resell or share the file?+
No. The preset file itself can’t be redistributed, resold, or shared. The edits you create with it are yours.
Can I post photos edited with Haze on Instagram, brand pages, ads?+
Yes — share freely. Tagging us is appreciated but not required.
